Fully-electric and hybrid systems designed using the best EDITRON products like: ELECTRIC CONVERTERS (inverters/converters and inductors) and ELECTRIC MACHINES (electric motor and generators). Lower fuel/energy consumption and reduced emissions are just some advantages.

Thanks to the partnership with Editron, the Danfoss electric business unit, we provide customized solutions using the most performing components on the market.
Here at Sace we develop both hybrid systems (with endothermic engine) and full electric systems (without endothermic engine) in order to guarantee:

To meet our customer’s needs, we provide not only full electric systems but also different hybrid systems:
PARALLEL HYBRID: Electricity is used as a support to the hydraulic power to obtain

– Faster responses
– Better performance
In this system the generator / engine is placed between the endothermic engine and the hydraulic system
SERIAL HYBRID 1: the electricity, as well as supporting the hydraulic power, can be used to supply motors or other electrical systems. The serial solution guarantees the greatest fuel saving as the diesel engine rpm can become independent from the required power.
Through a clutch placed before the hydraulic part, it is possible to exploit only the electrically operated functions.
SERIAL HYBRID 2: differs from Serial Hybrid 1 due to the presence of electrical functions only. This means that the generator / electric motor connected to the endothermic engine has the only function of generating electric power and therefore no support for other hydraulic functions.
